RATES

Units in the former mansion/kitchen building are unique and each a different size — from a 471 square foot efficiency to a spacious 1530 square foot Townhouse. Please contact us for current rates and availability.

TERMS

  • Residents pay for electricity and cable.

  • Nonrefundable application fee of $60 per adult:

  • Tenant must provide proof of Renter’s Insurance.

  • Deposit is equal to first month’s rent (with approved credit score of 640+)

PETS

  • We welcome cats and dogs up to 35 pounds

  • Limit of two pets per unit

  • Pet Deposit: 
    1 pet $300 ($150 refundable)
    2 pets $500 ($250 refundable)
